Hi. My name is Jen and I’m that seeker. In 2012 the perfect world I’d fought so hard to build
came tumbling down. Like so many of us, I’d been caught up in a culture of workaholism, lack of self-care, and low self-love in the race for the big house, the big money, and the big scene. When I realized I’d lost the woman I’d known within, I set off to find her. Along the way, I read a lot of books, listened to a lot of podcasts, took a lot of courses. I traveled all over the world amassing a toolbox of how to’s.

When I learned the history of rituals and saw its impact in other cultures, I used my toolbox to create a ritualistic life. This helped me find that me that I’d lost and I rebuilt my “perfect”. It looks nothing like it did before.
